Is there a way to turn off the no seat belt beeps?

    Is there a way to turn off the no seat belt beeps? ... And don’t be the lame guy who tells me to simply buckle up

    Yes, its though the dealer scan tool. I do it to all my Toyotas, but you have to ask, some will comply, some won't.

    Also, this is first gen forum they don't have beeps.

    I think the beeping noise goes away after 2mins.

    Ah, the nannies. I’d like to turn mine off too.

    older ones could be turned off by holding down the odometer pin for 12 seconds and waiting for the odometer to read ‘bee’ for seatbelt beep. I forget the whole formula but it was pretty simple.. for older Tacoma’s at least.

    I haven’t figured out how to shut my 2014 off.

    Reserected from the dead.
    The "large" person extenders work great, even if you are not large. Trying to find the seat belt latch while wearing 6 layers of winter wear can be a bit of a struggle.
