All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Good looking truck OP. Have you checked out Demello Offroad or MobTown Offroad?
Check out State48Overland.com, if you see something that interests you, hit up Erick @state48overland. Give him a call, straight up awesome person and has saved me money, as well as helped me navigate thru all the options available that I did not know of.

All I can say is don’t get brand loyal in this industry. There are a lot of people that make great products out there.
Go with your gut, and more importantly buy something you like from people that help you.

Look forward to seeing your truck build. Also, I avoided the regear for as long as I could stand it.
Well then Black Friday happened and truck has gotten much heavier than stock. The Trans was driving me nuts shifting all over the place at the slightest incline. I also haul dirt bikes and an Offroad trailer at times.
After my regear it drives better than it did from the factory, and doesn’t shift all over the place. Was the best mod I have done to the truck. If you have questions about it later on, hit me up.

Buy some aggressive 265x75x16 or 255x85x16 tires (no lift), skid plates, better shocks, recovery gear (shovel, traction boards, recovery straps, jack etc.) and wheel with some experienced off roaders. Then determine what you NEED not Want.
