I didn't like the tiny skids, and a few other reasons. But mostly the skids. Ive come close to banging my cam bolt on too many rocks. Plus I really liked the look of the bumper and a good deal popped up and I pulled the trigger

Detailed the trucks interior all day. Now it’s nice and clean how I like it.

Nothing fancy, but I put in my $8.00 salvage yard scrounge cup holder. $7.00 hinge (18" hinge, cut a short piece off it) and $1.00 for cup holder and storage box. Salvage yard guy was feeling generous and wrote it as "miscellaneous" instead of other more expensive descr like "console" or "cupholder" which would have been at least $5.00 each. Pays to be a frequent flyer.

Worked out good. Doesn't interfere with armrest or shifters and places my hand right at the drink when resting my arm on the armrest.

I still need to bolt or screw it to the floor. Ground was wet and I was working outside. Need to get under there and check clearance before I got shooting a drill bit through the floor. Just weighted it down with my manual lookout tool to hold it in place. Also I will replace the tape with some silicone caulk when the weather warms up.

At least it's better than finger twist and wrap electrical tape around it:rofl:
I imagine it was his testing stuff, positioning, etc... :D

Yeah, it was cold as , well you know, and I just wanted to see if it was going to be too big, bad position, ugly, etc. The ugly part is debatable, but for the price...
I didn't even wash the junkyard dirt out of the storage box yet. I want to use it a week or two and see if it works out before I finalize everything.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
My kids runner gave birth to a Steering rack...

    20200104_150354.jpg

We did up the replacement rack with Energy Suspension bushings. And will be installing today.

    20200104_153822.jpg

Also pulled the LCAs and installed Whiteline Bushings while we were in there.

Did you use the factory wiring? was there any additional modifications required?
