Hobby shop makes you watch a video that's it. You just need pads done?

    Same here.

I also held up an entire convoy on a hill to take that pic.

Lol sounds like my dream job! I am still waiting on orders been 2 months so far with nothing. I had an extension but I just had to go and make E-5 so the assignment officer said too bad pal. Hoping to retour or get stationed over in Alexandria as my top choices because I hate moving. But I also got the dreaded: You're a Sea Duty Candidate email. luckily there werent many boats open this coming year so i may luck out.

Okay awesome. I am free pretty often. I actually live in the last neighborhood of the GW right before Mt. Vernon so I can come over to the base any time I'm off and you're free. yea im trying to remember what they told how much was left on my break pads at the time, it was about 6-7k miles ago and it was like 4mm or something like that. i shouldve written it down, but i did a trip to florida and back since then and various other smaller drives so who knows. its probably a better idea to swap them out. Also is there a good inspection place in the Belvoir neck of the woods?

    A thing or two...
You guys riding your brakes or what? I was over 120k miles when I did the 4runner brake swap and my original brake pads weren't even worn down to the split line.

probably all the constant stop and go traffic and city driving in this stupid area. not to mention the added weight in the front end probably doesnt help.
