Do any of you guys know of a site that sells the factory manual in pdf? I’m not asking for a free link but a legitimate and complete pdf manual to purchase for a 2nd gen 4.0. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

As far as I know the legit Toyota service manual is some sort of online service only, although someone has posted PDFs of it here before they get taken down quickly. There are also links to a web viewer version I've seen around as well.

This is what I’m after in pdf form and hopefully a bit less than 600 bucks

If you want legit hard copy, you'll pay a price, assuming you can find one. I believe I read here that 2011 was the last year for hard copy, so you might be able to find used for your 2007.
Believe it or no, $599.00 for 3 manuals is not all that strange for something 13 years old.
And it would seem there are at least 4 manuals for an '07:

I went to TIS and paid for a month subscription and then spent countless hours printing to PDF file each of the near 2600 files and naming them while arranging them into a useable 756 folders all named and arranged.
The printed service manuals have not been available for many years.

    No
    I went to Toyota's official site techinfo.toyota.com
They haven't been printing the FSM for years.
The site costs money but has much more than the FSM's
