No, the dealer manager said they sell custom orders at their invoice for the vehicle. So we'll see what the price is when the time comes.

10-4. Good deals appear to be around 10% off MSRP right now on 2020’s.

Yes, that's what I've been reading in the threads here as well. I will definitely keep that in mind when the time comes.

Both are Stock - built correct from the start.
Why not try the Toyota.com site, build your truck function? At the end it asks if you want a quote. It then sends out your request to local dealers. See what you get back. I used it to find my truck, near my price before going in to dealer to negotiate.

I placed "Order" on 10/07/2019 for my 2020 DCLB TRD SPT AT 4X4. Unit was located At a dealer in CA, ON 10/12/2019, Dealer in CA was looking for a Corolla that my dealer had on allocation, so dealers did a allocation swap, dealer asked for Taco on other dealership's allocation, and that was how that came. When I went to dealership told them what I wanted! Dealer told me build date of 11/23/2019, Actual build date was 11/27/2019, Apx week later had Actual VIN, Arrived at dealership 12/12/2019, had to do a few things took delivery 12/17/2019. Was a very easy car buying, and delivery, when she was spected out, I told Gen Mgr at dealership, the dealership had 2 chances 1 was a slim chance, and the other chance was no chance, so he set me up, and it was a positive experience!

I'm sure this varies by region a bit but here in the NE, the spread on invoice/MSRP, at least based on Costco numbers is not even 10%. So in order to get that much of a discount, dealer would have to give it to you BELOW invoice, which ain't gonna happen at this stage of the game. Around here anyway...
