I have a 2018 TRD four door with 50.000 KM's . They rear suspension seems to be settled , truck seems to be hitting harder on bumps at speed . I looked at my leaf springs , they are sitting almost flat , no curve what so ever . I have never carried any heavy loads . I do have a fiberglass cap . Anyone have this problem . I'm thinking its possibly the shocks , i live on a side/gravel road and my suspension get a work out daily . I think i'll order a Bilstien 4600 shocks . Looking for ideas/ suggestions ?

Not sure what you think is the source of your issue. The rear shocks don’t lift the truck. The shocks dampen the movements. The leaf springs provide the lift. You can also try a new rear leaf springs, or an “add a leaf” (AAL), or aftermarket bumpstops e.g., Sumo Springs and Timbren are popular alternatives.

it's not the shocks. its the leafs themselves. If trying to stay cheap, try an "add a leaf"? if you don't want to do it yourself, maybe just add a helper spring, like from helwig. it's an easier install, still cheap, and might help with the sag.

It doesn't look like i have sag , the truck sits level when parked . I have shocks on the way , i'll try them first . If that doesn't work i'll look at a new set of springs . Will a new set of springs still have the same ride height ?
Just wondering why i have to start looking at new shocks/springs with 50000 KM's on the truck ??????

I just did a wheelers off road add a leaf and 5100s and it was worth it and helped the crappy leaf springs.
