Hey there, folks. I have searched around for the information I am about to ask, but cant find just what I am looking for. I am looking for new shoes for my 07 Taco. I have the base 16" steelies and at some point will upgrade. I am looking at some 265/75 and want to know if they will fit on the rim. All is have been able to find so far is tire size and suspension. Any help would be appreciated!

So, an additional question that I have yet to find a clear answer on. Hours or searching an re-searching, and my research isnt getting me anywhere. So here is the question: I have found some tires at 265/75 16. I have stock 7"steel wheels, no lift, and want a little more aggressive stance. Could I mount the 265/75 16 on an 8" wheel, again, no lift, and have no issues? I have also read a lot that says no issues, but there usually is a comment SOMEWHERE that mentions a lift. Also, what is the stock steel BS and/or offset? That is all over the place too. The bottom line is will an 8" wheel cause trouble; would I need a particular BS and/or offset?

    Interested as well

Swapping rims for the look factor isn't on my priority list, just looking to see how aggressive one can get with the tire on the stock steelies so I don't get stuck too easily in this base Pre-Runner. (Saving for camper shell)
