Thank you for helping me! These are the two that I am currently looking at, can you tell me if one or both would fit? It has the measurements on the listings picture's.

Note: my response was detailed so it took a little longer and others may have responded that I'm not aware of.

    Hi Taylor,
Based on the reviews the first light bar looks like a really good buy. It's pretty hard to go wrong for $80. Not everyone can afford a $600 light bar, especially me, so I applaud you for doing your homework and finding this deal.

The manufacturer states that the dimension of the light bar where the brackets attach to the ends is 41.77" long, and after the brackets are attached, the mounting holes where these attach to the crossbar is about 43.19".

To be sure I measured the fairing cutout on the Prinsu and it's 42.5", and the cross bars are 47". So that's more than enough room.

I checked out the second light bar and decided between the two, the first one seems like the way to go. Not enough good reviews for my taste.

Now, with all that said I feel like I should offer my personal opinion. Ok, all things aside, if you put out the money (and it is a lot) for a Prinsu rack and now you just want to throw a light bar on it, but don't want to wait until you can afford something more expensive then for the money, this light bar will most likely be all you need/want. A lot of people might have a different opinion. They probably have a larger budget, and/or less common sense too. I myself fall into the latter category, and I'm vain. But because my budget is limited, I try to stay in the middle.

That's not to say that one of those very expensive light bars aren't worth what people pay for them. However, I've done my own comparisons in person and everything has a threshold where you just have to ask yourself things like, "am I going to desert race and need to see a mile ahead of me while I'm doing 80mph?" Or, "is a couple hundred feet of illumination while I take my time making my way down the dirt road to my hunting cabin good enough for me? ".

    Know what I mean?

Here's two other things I've thought about too. 1) how often am I going to go night wheeling? 2) when I night wheel with a group am I going to diminish the ability and possibly decrease the safety of the person in front of me binding him (or her) with my gazillion lumen light bar?

Something else, most laws are different in every state but federal laws require that any accessory light intended to be used on road be DOT compliant. I am not aware of a single light bar that is. With that said, I will use mine on the road up here in farm country where I live to help me avoid hitting animals that wonder out on the road. Like coons, deer, and the occasional cow.

You just have to have your finger on the switch ready to turn it off when you see an approaching vehicle. The fist time your late, and it's the po po you will be at risk to get a ticket.

Oh, one last thing, don't forget to order a wiring harness, with a switch and relay. That's essential for the proper installation of these.

I'm sure with as many wonderful TTC members we have out there you won't have any problems finding one or two to help you with the Installation. Mod days with forum members, pizza, bbq, beer, shine (afterwards) are fun!

Could it be that they set it up for pickup (ie, got a tracking #) but then never made it available for pickup. We need to get our heeps ready for February run.
