    It certainly took a while to find it. If the tonneau cover was secured down on that corner, yanking back and forth on the bumper to shake the truck would make it squeak, and if I loosened the tonneau and did the same, mostly silent.

    My current idea is to pre-drill a few holes (for rivets) and then roll some JB Weld to go between the two pieces of sheet metal, then put the rivets in to secure them together. I thought about plug welding it, but there's not much room, and I'm sure it'd melt the paint in a visible area... Still considering options.
