This is the only "Hybrid" taco I would buy.
And while it might look and taste good, we all know there will always be consequences the next day. :duh::poking:

You're confusing an accessory belt with a fan/water pump belt. The Prius never had a mechanically driven cooling fan

Even Porsche plans to electrify EVERY model it sells, even the classic 911, by 2030. That’s only a short 10 years away. The days of the complicated, oil dripping, smog producing, noisy ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) are numbered. I am willing to bet that even GM’s Corvette will eventually go 100% electric and AWD with an independent electric motor at each wheel.

Hybrids have two powertrains that take up more space, weigh more, increase the cost when one (or both) break, etc. I would be in favor of an all electric truck powered by batteries, hydrogen fuel cell or combination of the two.

With an electric motor Toyota would actually need to limit the torque to avoid breaking drive shafts or burning the tires off the wheels. Variable frequency drives are capable of operating the motor at 100% torque at zero rpm.

ICE still does all the heavy lifting despite what the EV pud knockers think will happen.

It may never happen due to the constant overhead noise that planes would create.

Dont know if you have looked around when stuck in traffic lately but
we as a society are too stupid/preoccupied to add altitude into the driving equation.

I hear NASCAR is going hybrid for 2021. Just kidding. But hey some of the rules they come out with, you never know.
