Got t-boned by a 70 year old lady in a Subaru. No idea what she was looking at but she rolled through a stop and crossed 3 lanes (plus a suicide lane) to hit me. Poor one out for another fallen comrade.

Insurance is considering it a total loss so I'll be getting a new one soon! Thinking of springing for a 2020 ACLB OR

Thanks guys, I'm alright. I had a minor headache and some neck soreness immediately following the collision; went to the doc and got checked out, for documentation more than anything. I'll post some memories of taco here soon :p

I lost my 94 Toyota access cab pickup to a T-bone hit. That picture brings back horrible memories. Thankfully my truck was hit just behind the cab, so I didn't take a direct hit. It broke the axle free on the driver's side of the truck, and the cab was buckled. Yep, it was totaled.

The insurance company gave me a fair payment, but it wasn't what I valued my truck. It was 14 years old, with only ~135K miles. Heck, that was a 500K mile truck, and I know I would still be driving it today. Heck, I still had the original Freon in the AC system, and it worked great!

Oh well, another sad day for Tacos...hope my 2008 X-Runner doesn't meet the same fate!

Memories of taco (not in chronological order). Our time together was short, but they were some of the best years of my life.

Sorry about your truck. Glad you’re ok and took steps to get your injuries documented.
Hope the old lady’s alright too.

Glad you are ok but what brand of dash cam do you have? In the market for one just for instances like this. I recently had a near crash with a chevy that ran a red turn light and almost kissed my front steel bumper, sorry I missed.

The dashcam is a SpyTec A119 (version 2). Bought it for ~$90 in 2018. I can't find the exact same model on Amazon now (may have been discontinued) but I'm sure you can find a similar product for the price!
