Realistic it probably shouldn’t take too long to be done with this thread but I got hit by a Volkswagen Golf right on the edge of the right front wheel been fixing it and I’m still getting a lot of toe out and I mean I have almost everything new up front so it could be my mistake but I have yet to see any missed damage or anything like that I have all new tie rod ends, sway bar links, steering rack, both upper and lower control arms, coilover and generally that should be everything for that side I replaced some components on the other side as well but I’m all the way in with the inner tier rod nut and I’m still getting a little toe out on the right side

Okay so also here are some pictures of just everything done/fixed although the picture of the truck alone is a little old but I’m getting a little less toe out than that I’ll take a new picture later when I’m near it

Yikes! Probably bent knuckle, but could be bent frame. The knuckles on these trucks bend really easily. Stick your fingers in between the knuckle and the sidewall on each side. If the right side is closer than the left, the right knuckles bent. Even if the space is the same, it could be bent though.

Get a new steering knuckle also. Although you could pull the wheel it should be pretty obvious if the hub mounting flange isn’t perpendicular.
