Filiform corrosion on factory wheels

    Has anyone had problems with filiform corrosion on their factory wheels? If so,did you try to have it addressed while still in the warranty period?

    Seems like an odd thing to happen. How do you imagine it got there? Sure it's not intergranular corrosion? Pictures?

    The 05-15 sport 17" had this issue but I've never seen any success going after warranty.
