Had been telling the wife I was going to buy one for about 20 years. Finally did it.

 

So the XT6 ended up being an LR Discovery black on black on black. Going to love washing this puppy.

Awesome Ford !! My grandfather had one when I was a little kid. I loved riding around town with him in that badass car.

 

Nice...As a teen I had a modded 67. Still one of my favorite cars.

 

Nice one. Love those old Galaxies. My dad still owns his bought new 1960 Starliner 352 hipo. It is the car I came home from the hospital in when I was born.

I had one of those in high school. Mine was a red 65 Monza. Had the shifter on the dash and 2 carbs over that pancake motor. I think it was a 110. Does that sound right? It had 49000 miles on it.
I sold it after a buddy of mine flipped off a semi behind us and pissed the driver off. He was so close to back of my car and I couldnt get away. I thought we were going to die. Having friends like that made me decide a V8 made more sense for any more misadventures. They are neat cars.
