I think it was a flop. It had a little crunch to it but mostly it just dehydrated the leaves it's much better to just put it in something like the broiler or the barbecue at like 500 Degrees.

    Not hard I would imagine

But for the chimichanga I would imagine you'd have to cook it mostly....... I'll hold that thought I'm wondering what kind of tortilla to use sincethis is a dehydrator...for the most part. So if you made the chimichanga semi cooked the chimichanga and then throw it in the dehydrator for the other half of the time maybe a little less probably could pull it off really well.:notsure:

TGIF tater skins? Wife liked them, I didn't but I don't care for tater skins.
TGIF motz sticks. Big nope all around. Hardly any cheese and the taste was yukky.
TGIF jalapeno poppers. Oh hell yes. Excellent. 400f for 14min, the cheese hard stated to ooze out on some. Let them rest for quite a while, or take a bite of lava. I cut them in half before diving in. Best AF frozen food I've had so far.

Antiacid is on the menu for this afternoon. Worth it!

Potatoes ftmfw here. Russets tend to have the best shape for French fry production. Just toss em in olive oil and set it to 400 for like 15 min

    season to taste :)

New cauliflower alert on old theme.......wash and shake dry florets (three finger size), salt and pepper and olive oil up pretty good, sprinkle liberally with chick pea flower (I used Bob's Red Mill brand) to coat up the moist oily cauliflower, under 10 minutes around 390-400°F. Absolutely delicious IMHO.

Easy. Make a burrito. Spray outside with olive oil or canola oil. Cook until crispy. Pull and top with queso.

Experiment tonight. Ciabatta bun, swiss cheese, deli ham. 370f for 8min, checked the inside, was warm. I turned it back on for 2 more minutes and let it rest for a minute. I was going to put some pickles, lettuce, whatever on it, but I was hangry so hit it with horsey sauce and took a bite. And then ate the rest. Crispy, crunchy bun, and melty cheese. This is a keeper for me.

Turned out pretty good, just a little salt and pepper. I used the broiler function on my foodie.

Korean meatballs in the air fryer and lemongrass ginger rice in the IP. Pretty tasty. Did chicken and beef. Feared the chicken would be dry but they are good. Was going to make a spicy Yum Yum sauce to drizzle over it but sat down with a beer instead after getting it started.

Garlic Parmesan stuffed pork loin chops along with some Parmesan mashed potatoes!

Loin chops were stuffed with cream cheese, bacon, chives, garlic powder then floured, egg and Panko Bread crumbed and air fried @ 360F for 24 minutes.

Basic mashed potatoes with some Parmesan cheese and my homemade ranch dip seasoning mixed in.
