Another way is to buy some pvc pipe with caps, some tpms sensors, and a schrader valve. Pop the sensors in the pipe, drill a hole in one cap for the schrader valve and install it. Pressurize the tube to 28 psi and vuala you fake out the tpms system. Simply slide it under the seat or in a tool box.

A few mods here and there and counting....
Replaced two upper idler pulleys, one lower idler pulley, belt tensioner bearing, and serpentine belt. Easier than I thought. Part numbers listed for reference incase anyone asks. The Gates pulleys were from Amazon, Nachi bearing from ebay, and belt from Toyota.

    Pro tips:
-Approach this task from the bottom, once the skid plate is removed, you'll have all the room you need.
-The belt tensioner pulley is reverse threaded. The bearing is very easy to press out/in.
-Route the belt around the fan, its very easy.
-Top two idler pulleys 29ft/tor, bottom pulley 40ft/tor, belt tensioner 27 ft/tor

I was long overdue for this maintenance. This immediately solved my cold start squeaks and a loose knocking sound. Turns out the tensioner pulley bearing and lower idler pulley were shot and loose.

Why did you only replace the tensioner pulley, and not the entire tensioner?
Don't tensioners typically have an automatic tensioning mechanism inside of them, such as a spring or hydraulic part, that can also wear out?
Seems like a good idea to replace the whole unit at that years and mileage while in there, at the small added cost.

or if it is a metal spring inside the tensioner, does it not wear out?

The tensioner felt fine for the time being. Also the biggest factor for not replacing the tensioner arm, a lot of components has to be removed in order to reach the bolts to the arm.

IF it's even possible, there's no way the Blind Spot will work. That requires 2 sensors on the back corners (usually underneath body work) and the computer/s to run it. But the other stuff may work.

This right here, don't touch the tensioner assembly unless you are just changing the idler. The work required to replace the assembly is far too labor intensive to make a replacement assembly a desirable venture.

Love this grill, Theolee. Where did you get it and was it an easy changeout?

    Hey dude thanks!

Custom, I pieced it together with several different parts. The process is very simple. There's cutting and drilling involved, but nothing difficult. I had a vision of what I wanted it to look like and completed it over time. I wanted it to look different from the current cookie cutter products out there.

    https://www.carid.com/grillcraft/1-pc-mx-series-black-fine-mesh-grille-w-o-cutting-mpn-toy1946b.html

I used black and glosifier plastidip to paint the grille surround.

And mounted a TOYOTA radiator emblem behind the grille with a couple corner brackets

This is what it looks like today,

Those that have relocated their trailer plug to the bumper next the license plate. Is there a specific one that I should get?
