I got inspired after reading this thread - especially with the hatch doors from HBtaco02. I didn’t want to pull any of the rear seat, seatbelts or existing hatch door assemblies. I just needed some storage for some tools, small tarp, med kit, bungees, small tow rope, jumper cables, etc... so I built this platform. I also built a removable platform so our little dog can enjoy the air from the xtra cab window. The round door behind the passenger seat is not a sub, it’s just another hatch access door that was cheap to add. Very happy on how it turned out and I still have more room to stash crap.

This is precisely what I was hoping to build. Do you happen to have a drawing for the setup?

Sorry, no drawings. I just did a mock-up with cardboard and trimmed/test fit many times before I started building. Once I got the sizing I wanted, I found the marine hatch doors and subwoofer box carpet on Amazon that would fit. The doors I chose still allow me to utilize the factory compartment doors, so I can stuff more crap down in there. Shoot me a PM or post up here if questions.
