They sent me a refund. Had no choice. Just received the following email:

You can turn the $5 letters into a $5 refund = free letters. Then the sale on fb marketplace, Tacomaworld, etc. for $5-$10= profit!
or I’ve seen the pro grill with no letters as low as $20 on fbmarketplace.
Just saying....$5 of entertainment

 

I tried twice to contact the seller and never got a reply so I initiated the return through walmart. Even the website said to just keep it and I still get my money back. So, free letters, score!

I'll keep my letters and they can keep my $4.61. Don't see any reason to beat them up anymore for their mistake. I really don't think it was an attempt at some sort of swindle, just someones screw up and postage cost more than what I paid. I'll just have one less beer next time I go to the watering hole, well that was a lie.

 

they sent me a few emails offering a refund,I tried to string them along as much as possible. The last reply I sent I said, "Keeping refund you are now doing!"
They gave me a refund...lol

I got a refund without asking....but no letters or a grill :/

 

Make sure and check junk mail for response from Voomwa . My offer to get a refund was there . I wonder if a Voomwa employee was taken out back and shot for this mistake . I hope not , but China has different rules etc.

 

So I ordered a knock off grill and it came without the Toyota letters. Who wants to sell me their set? I'm in Austin if you are local
