Switch to leather seats???

A few questions for those who have switched from cloth to leather seats ....
1. Is the leather more comfortable? I switched from cloth to leather in my Tundra. Used Ilea leather and loved it however it did make the seats much more "stiff" especially the passenger seat which my wife disliked the rigid feel the leather provided.
2. What brand seems to be the most favorable? I know Katzskin had some stitching issues a few years ago.
3. Who has the best pricing?

The stiffness will go away with more use. My passenger is more stiff than the driver seat. Leather looks nicer, feels good to me.
I personally haven’t had a lot of experience with different manufacturers of leather covers other than the clazzio seats I have. Lots of brands out there, lots of pricing and qualities

 

My Clazzios are way more comfortable than the stock sport cloth seats, not so form fitting like the pro seats, better quality than the factory leather, holds up amazing, been on my truck about a year and still look new. I added a heated seat kit, Toyota dash switches and it looks factory! Total investment $600

 

I always go leather feels good and is way easier to clean and take care of in my opinion.

 

I like my Katzkins.. got them for a good price on ebay.. install wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be.

 

Roadwire pretty much owns everything else. They're a little more money than Katszkin, but look OEM-ish

The pasta sauce seat covers Classico well Stevie Wonder would know they're seat covers

 

Aftermarket leather is definitely better quality than the OEM fake crap I have in my pro

 

I have Katzkin’s. I do find they are stiff as you would say, but I just had them installed. I prefer them over the cloth do to the fact they are easier to keep up. I also like you have options to choose from as for as colors and stitching. Only thing I wish I had added was heaters. Total price for leather and install was $1375.

 

I did Katzkins & heated seats thru the dealer, I really like them. My brother did the same to his Tundra

 

Please tell me and point out anywhere that these look like covers. Am I missing something, yes we know they are covers but how would someone be able to tell.

 

The side and base bolsters have no definition.

 

Maybe so but the fit me better. I'm 6 ft 260 and I don't feel all wrapped up in a seat like the factory seats and Kats. To me they look fine, nobody has ever questioned the covers and if you think there is no definition that doesn't make them look like covers.

 

I bought a black set from MWbrothers on Ebay. I bought a set for my wife's RAV4 last year and we love them so I wanted a set for my new taco as soon as I drove it off the lot. I Installed them yesterday and I'm very pleased so far. The fit was excellent and they look a little sportier than the Clazios. My only complaint is the wait time, they take a little over 2 months due to fabrication and shipping from Italy. Anyway, here are some pics.

 

I like the cloth seats out here in the desert. Cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
