Yes, you could, but you would only want to with a stock weight front end.

That’s the plan. No bumper or winch. It’s just a 2.7 Access Cab.

@Dobinsons Mike what grease do you guys recommend for the grease-able bolts? what tube would I buy to fit into my grease gun? I know that most companies go with a silicone based lube for poly carbonate bushings......but most sell in small squeezable tubes though.....nothing that I can hook up to a zerk fitting.

@Dobinsons Mike wondering the same. I've had my new Dobinsons leaf packs on the truck for two weeks and they're already starting to creak.

    Full synthetic

Grease only between the bolt and sleeve and the sleeve and the inner part of the bushings plus the outside faces of the bushings that goes against the shackles.

No grease goes between the outer part of bushings and the leaf spring eyes. That's what causes creaking usually, if greased wrong

Anyone running these leafs on an access cab, and wouldn't mind getting a center hub to bottom of fender measurement for me please?

Having a hard time finding much info on these and want to make sure the height is right with where I'm at now.

So I installed them Monday, and quality wise they are actually fantastic. Coming from my sagging all pro leaf pack that's a year old they are great.

Glad to hear it. What pack did you get, how much weight in the back, and how much lift are you seeing?

The smallest one, I have a access cab so my lift is always higher. I have a full size 34" and I threw 2 50 lb sand bags and I'm pulling 2.5"ish. It was raining today so I haven't been able to get a solid measurement

Probably not any higher than me! Regular Cab here. :1up:

Thanks for sharing though. I think 2.5" is about right per Dobinson's website, under 220lbs weight.

    @Crikeymike

L59-110-R is rated for ~2.25" lift up to 220 lbs. My question is, did Dobinson's design that leaf based on the 2nd Gen Double Cab Short Bed V6 4x4 Configuration? The Curb Weight difference between that and a (my) Regular Cab 4cyl 4x4 is ~500 lbs. If that's the case, I would assume to gain load capacity over the stated 220lbs before seeing the springs squat.

Yes, it was designed and the specs are based on a dual cab short bed, so yeah, yours will be taller with less weight from having less cab weight.

Some of the paint was flaking and stuff on mine, but I sprayed some corrsion prevention on them and figured, they're leaf springs....they're not exactly going to stay pretty.

Hey guys, I just added this to post #1 in case you're looking for a good replacement boot option for the outers.

    CV Outer Boot Kit

CV59-554K - High clearance stretch style CV boots for the outer position of the front shafts. High quality silicone, includes all new grease and clamps - great for lifted vehicles with higher angle CV's which are prone to boot failure
