    sand then spray on primer then rustoleum black spray paint. at least two coats

    yea true. i used three coats when i painted my wheels though:D

    I would get the can and brush it on with 3 coats.

    Check out my build
    I used the duplicolor wheel paint when I did my prelude wheels. 3 years now and they still look great, no fading, chipping or peeling. I dont think the paint really matters that much, its all in the prep.
