So after installing my ads suspension and sway bar relocation, I noticed at full turn to the left, the sway bar makes contact with the coil and about 3/8 on the right. There’s stops on the sway bar so I can’t shift it a lil. After doing some research, seems the next step is to take out sway bar. No other alternatives?

    All the things!
I have an ADS kit and with the relocation brackets, my sway bar was too low, and rubbed on my radiator support brackets. I ended up removing the sway bar and don't regret it one bit.

As for your situation, did you make sure you installed them on the proper (R and L) sides? If you flip the relo brackets around (front to back), will it move the sway bar forward and provide the clearance?

    What hasn't been modified?
Are the lower misalignment spacers offset? If so are they on backward?

On the coil over themselves? They don’t use those on the ads

I’m putting on bumper next weekend, if I can’t adjust it, that’s the next step

This is the other side, but they just slide in, didn’t have install instructions if I need to spin it 180

9CB91092-2FBE-4E85-990B-45468D74AAD1.jpg What I was asking about is the misalignment spaces in the spherical joint.(circled)

yours look centered which is what king also does. You can get offset ones to push the coilover away from the bar fox does this. But I’d say just remove the sway bar and give it a week to see how it feels.
