    I found the color match surround/grille assembly from a Toyota dealer online parts department - I forget which dealer. Just do a google search or call your local Toyota dealer and tell them you are looking for a replacement surround/grille assembly for a TRD Sport and give them your color. They will give you a part number and you can then do a search for the least expensive option...or just buy it from that dealer on the spot.

    Anyone breathlessly following this, I got it into the shop today and there's something called the Neutral Safety Switch that went bad. Some wires had been pulled back that allowed water in and corrosion to form. So after the appt on Friday my truck will be able to shift normally again. Bleh.
