Any suggestions on scenic camping in Sedona next week? Schnebly Hill would be ideal but I think it's closed during winter.

Can you camp in Sedona? I cant seem to find any public maps on USFS or BLM that state where camping is allowed

I've stayed at Manzanita before. Good, clean sites are available there. as always with public sites, you can't pick your neighbors but the person that was on site was pretty cool.

We hiked Sterling Pass to the Vultee Arch natural rock bridge. pretty cool hike that I'd do again but it's tougher than some of the hardcore show offs say it is online. You can walk to the trailhead easily from any of the Manzanita campground sites but you have to walk along the road for a little bit.

Just got back from my trip. Ended up camping in Sedona. Found a great spot. Headed to the grand canyon, painted Desert, Taos and finally elephant butte. Thanks everyone for your feedback.

End of the world is a great camp spot, awesome views and a some fun hiking.
It's on the plateau just north of Sedona. You have to get to it going through Flag. Route66 to woody mountain rd, head south and Woody Mntn road turns into forest rd 231.. follow the forest rd about 25-30 miles and it will take you to the edge, lots of camping spots up there, no facilities. The times ive been up there its pretty quiet and not crowded. really good views of Sedona and beyond. Usually closed in the winters from what i hear.
Looks like you already hit some nice spots, thats a good pic!
