We got the crewmax and holy moly does it have some room back there. Leg room for days! When the baby cries it sounds like she's in another room altogether

The craziest thing that works for me is one session in a tanning bed per month I have it. The 30 mins or so causes it to stop for a while. Exercise helps but the really bad times call for the tanning bed. Idk I guess because it mimicks sun and summer? I have had it so bad before that I end up with insomnia too. Both have fixed it and I haven't had an episode in 2 years now (just jinxed myself now...lol)

Oh, I didn't think about that. Rich works nights, and that has been known to put a funk on people not getting sun.

So he needs to get laid in the daytime.

The bottles is just on the other side of the Shannon neighborhood. I will probably try there next. Used to go there when I lived downtown and wasn’t really into the stuff I am now. Although I do love me some crown and ginger ale.

I've had major insomnia as well.
I heard some ladies at my dermatologist talking last week about a "light therapy" box they just got in. You stand in it for just a few minutes a couple times a week and it's supposed to help with dermatitis or eczema. I wonder about a tanning bed.

I'm sure I'll feel better after my trip up to Ohio Tomorrow to visit fam.

Going into work for 4 hrs tonight, come home and get some rest and hit the road for Ohio about 5am thur morning.

Kinda sucks I didn't renew my sxm subscription. I was kinda digging some of the talk radio stuff on long drives. Will be good to get home and see family and have some home cooking.

There are plenty of podcasts out there that get me through long drives. I like the ones that are kind of a docu-series. Can knock out a whole series if you have about a 8-10 hr ride.
