Hey guys!! I'm new to the tacoma scene. My grandpa passed down his 96 LX and I decided to do the LED H4 wiring harness but only half of the LEDs are on. Is this a wiring issue or is it the headlights themselves? Thanks

If I were you I would:
    1. Search TW why you should not put LED bulbs in reflector housing. I am serious.
    2. If you bought LED housing, check if you can return them. Besides look they are functionally much worse performing than halogen lights.
    3. 96 has originally came with H6054 (which is crap, and I understand why it made people looking for LED), but the great news is that you can buy Autopal or Hella E-cut (or Euro-style) 200mm lamp, which combined with good quality halogen H4 bulbs (Sylvania or Phillips) will give you superb cut-off on low beam, and very decent high beam.
    4. If you need even more light, you can substitute road legal H4 bulbs with "off road" high current H4 bulbs (80 or 100W), but they will require harrness adapter to be installed (anything over 65W will overload connectors and headlight switch causing fast deterioration).
    5. And lastly you can find on TW about 200mm lamp to projector conversion with HID - this is the best performing light, but is all custom work or expensive to buy as a service.

DONT put LEDS in there. That’s a big mistake, if it’s snowing or thick fog you will have the LED lights reflection blind you in the snow and fog and you won’t be able to see 50 feet in front of you.
