over the holiday break i finally tackled my torn passenger seat bottom. Wasnt too bad. Had it in/out in under a few hours. It will never match the 16 years of use on the back but its not a bad match and much improved.

Its tightened up a little with some use and relaxing of the material. Once i completed the new bottom i realized i should have just done the back as well but that will be for another time.

The BK kit was a +2 with Delrin bushing on the UCA. TC is their 3.5 race with heim uppers. Comparatively they're pretty different but also one in the same.

Largest change is the alignment ability which changes the drive-ability. I liked my BK kit and had generally no complaints outside of the terrible customer service once Bruno left.

The TC kit is great and i used TacoTabs from Poly Performance to lock my alignment adjustments in and made further adjustments in the upper arm which net me a far better alignment than i could get with the BK kit.

BK Kit max caster was 2.6°
TC Kit max Caster is at 4.84°

Huge drive-ability difference and zero wandering at speed. I'm very happy with the Total Chaos kit and look forward to using it in the future without worry of alignment woes.

I've only gotten 2.2° at best lol

Good deal, I guess my question was more if the increase in travel is noticeable?

I feel that, I’ve only been out on the trails twice in the past like 2 years.

Very nice build man! I remember when she had the chrome multispoke rims. Nice to see what she turned out to be.

I have pulled mine from off-road duty because of the torn up front end, :( one day I'll be back with a fully tubular front.

Bypasses finally going in this weekend! Got the TC bypass mounts going to be welded on.

Got out and used it on some light trail duty, small rocks and inclines nothing crazy but it was fun to gap my friends who were going over things super slow.
