This is my first time opening up the headlights to do a blackout and retro and I was almost done without breaking anything and then I chipped the edge of the lense housing. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I thought about glueing the chip back and painting the trim black. Also do you guys strip out all the sealer or just add new sealer on top?IMG_2205.jpg IMG_2206.jpg

Use the epoxy that cures with ultra violet light and try to strip out all of the old sealer before you put it back together for a leak free seal.

That UV plastic type stuff may work, but in my experience it isn't too strong. In your case you might just want to use super glue gel. I used that UV epoxy stuff to add a tab to my fog lights though since my bumper was a little messed up at the mounting spots and it works fine. It says right on the package it doesn't behave like an adhesive though.
