The odometer reset doesn’t do anything for when the dash lights aren’t on. If you look at the picture, what you see is the daylight mode, where the OD and Tach are not illuminated at all. OOP; this is just the way it is, I noticed it as well, and there’s no adjusting the brightness level for lights that are off

    1. Set your Multi-Information Display(MID) in the center of the dash cluster to display the Speedometer. Problem solved.

    2. Don’t look at the passenger seat headrest. You don’t even sit there. Problem solved.

    3. Your left ass cheek might be thicker & not proportional to your right ass cheek. Surgery? Not really sure about this one.

Good luck & welcome to TW. Nice truck. Enjoy it.

I wonder if the headrest difference is due to the distance from the airbags. The drivers airbag is much closer to the drivers head than the passenger airbag is to the passengers head.

Most likely. I looked in the manual after I made my post and they mention the active restraints and how the head rest is made to flex with the seat / spine to prevent whiplash.

The dash illumination annoys me too but that's about it. My biggest gripe is that it doesn't have a 2.7 ecoboost under the hood.
