I couldn't find a Tonneau cover that fit with my bed rack. So with a little elbow grease I made one.

How did you keep it from falling into the bed or sliding off?

Is that OSB (oriented strand board)? Even painted, with a flat exterior exposure it's likely to weather pretty quickly. Are you hoping for a season or two out of it, or more than that?

4xdog it looks like it to me. I’m thinking about doing this for a hunting trip and using that tonneau as my base for a bed.... depending on how it’s supported. I like the idea.

spraying a “primer“ of something like dollar general brand of flex seal would extend its life.

For the bed rack, which was not a direct fit, I welded some metal brackets and incorporated the factory rail system to mount the rack. I didnt want to drill into the top of the quarter panels. (Credit to this forum for the idea) Anywho, the 2x4s sit on the tailgate, the factory rail near rear window, and the tailgate, with some extra support from the welded rack brackets I added. As far is it staying on the bed... I am going to create a quick release pin of some sort so I can take the cover off as needed. Instill have some work to do to try and make it as practical as possible. This isn't going to last forever, but for $75 dollars and a few hours of labor not to bad.
