    Texas doesn’t have state income tax so that’s not a fair argument.

    Washington state doesn’t tax mil retirement either but it’s also like Texas and doesn’t tax income.

    Now states that do tax personal income but don’t tax mil retirement.

    I love Alaska and I’ve lived here since 2003. Our state politics are pretty hecked right now though and have been for quite some time. The state is out of money but they won’t stop spending what they don’t have. It might not be tax free here for long at the rate we are going.

    Not exempt, we just self police and take anything beyond what is allowed to DM. Being an adult is key. Anyone that can’t follow an adult mentality gets run out or ignored until they leave.
