HVAC Noise

Whenever I change from defrosters to floor or direct air my HVAC sounds like it is farting when moving whatever redirects the air.

Anyone know what causes this, is it an easy fix, how do fix it.

It's not a big deal, most of the time I'm alone in my truck, making the same noise myself.

Yes, I replace it fairly often with cheap ones from Amazon.
