I tweaked my back this morning in the same stupid place I always tweak it. I've got a feeling this is going to be a long Friday

 

Not good. I hate when that happens.

Back in the day, when I lived in a different part of the city and had to park my car on the street, I used to have all kinds of problems with the doors icing themselves shut overnight. This particular car had "aircraft style doors" which allowed water from the roof to run into the weatherstripping that ran along the top and sides of the door.
Long story short, the gaskets around both door frames would be saturated while driving home from work, then freeze overnight and seal the doors up.

My neighbors would frequently see me kicking the shit out the driver's side door at 6:00 AM, just trying to gain access so I could go to work again. It's almost funny looking back on it, but I hated it at the time. I would seriously kick it hard enough to make the whole car rock back and forth. Even using a silicone protectant on the rubber didn't keep them from icing up - just a poor design.

 

We don't need matches here. We've got oxygen and cautery. Spark in a hyper oxygenated evironment can make for a devastating fire!

 

Thanks guys.. I think it's that mid-30s breakdown where everything starts to fall a part. Anyone else? Hopefully I'll be good before the day is out since we're planning on camping this wheeling/camping this weekend. If I'm still broken, I can use it as an excuse to make @Twizted do all the packing/unloading. Maybe that was the plan all along...

Well, here's to hoping that my rack brackets went back on in the correct locations!

 

So... I changed my vote in the poll. I realized I needed to change it when I found myself wanting to murder the guy in the "fast lane" on the freeway (technically it's a passing lane and should only be used for passing). The guy was going less than the speed limit with no one in front of him. Same speed as the car in the lane next to him so no one could get by. There are so many fucking idiots who don't know what the left lane is for...
