Hi, My speed controller stops working. Yesterday it seemed to be a bad connection, cause it came back on. Reported to the Maintenance guys and they wiped the sensor off. Where does this thing attach.

Do you mean cruise control or are you referring to something else?

So your getting the "Cruise Control Unavailable" warning (can't remember the exact description)?

The sensor is behind the Toyota Badge on the front grille. There is a pig-tail harness behind the grill that connects the sensor to the main harness (connector located directly under the right-hand grill brace just under the hood).

The fault has been known to occur if the badge becomes extremely dirty.

What is your native language? Maybe post in spanish or which ever and it will be easier for us to help you.

The adaptive cruise control is really sensitive and you need to adjust it down to 2 or 1 bar to be more usable on the freeway.
