I am looking for an ecomonical light pistol to carry over @ the cabin while doing chores, mowing the fields, cutting firewood, etc... I really like the bronze battle worn look of the first S&W. Thoughts anyone?

    I had the first gen Springfield xd in a .9 mm
    Hated it. Thought the barrel was bent so I sold it and got a Kimber ultra carry 2 in .45
