    Idk honestly, I was shocked when I saw that number on the scale at the drs.

    I mean yeah I was fully dressed, had my Steele toe work boots on, phone, wallet, coat... ect on but still!

    I weighed myself when I got home and it wasn't far off. 232lbs. But Im at 220 rn. And dropping.

    I imagine some of the weight is gained in muscle mass as well tho. This job jas def bulked me up.

    I typically stay off the scale. So many factors and you’re right, muscle weighs more than fat so numbers are misleading. I judge by how my clothes fit me. How are your clothes fitting?

    So this may seem off the wall. But what good is having a community if you cant call on em to help out for a good cause.

    There is a very good Channel on YouTube that interviews people with disabilities. And YT has decided to disable part of their Channel off the wall because some of the people they interviewed are under 18. I disagree with YouTubes decision here because this channel is a positive force and helps get the word out on disabilities regardless of age.
