Have any of you considered the LP4 for ditch lights that you can point forward when needed or down/side when needed?

Yes i have some on my truck. All you need are the relentless fabrication ditch light mounts ($50 bare $70 coated) and it will work. You can shoot me a dm on insta @All_black_yota and I can send you some picks.

Indeed. LP4s are way overkill for a ditch light.
@vorkuta775 had some on his truck and pulled them.

The original post is 18 months old, but the side shooting LEDs providing a 200 degree spread makes for a great off road light, but a terrible ditch light. You’ll light up the hood with a bunch of glare.

Hey now look at us sparking it back up again. The glare isn’t that bad I do understand others on it, but just get a black film and cover it that simple.

It’s not that bad lol. I thought the glare would be terrible like everyone said but it’s not really.

I know I have my own but it’s not like the glare shines back on in the cab and blinds you. Honestly you look at your hood when you off-road or the trail.

@All_black_yota I am planning to install the same lights on my Taco as well. Will also order a pair of security hardware kit - just in case. Your lights do look good on the Taco. Good amount of lights.
