With 101k on the clock i think its time for new shock on my 09 access cab. Its got the TRD offroad package. I occasionally tow a 12ft trailer and use the truck for slow offroad travel and firewood hauling. My question is if i should just get replacement stock shocks or go with 5100s? I am not lifting it and have the new tsb springs.

Basically do you like the stock ride or wish it was more stiff?

Fox 2.0s. Do some research, they are awesome for the money. Good luck.

I like the stock ride but it does tend to bottom out a bit off road.

Stock trd take off from 3rd gen best bang for your buck. To me 5100 about same or tad better than 4600 but w adjustable front. If you spend $ on 5100 best to get new coils.
