last snow storm we got 6 inches of snow. I didn’t clean the snow off the front of the bed against the cab. The sun hit it for a while and melted it some and a drive pushed it against the cab. Then it refroze into an ice bridge that connected the bed to the rear window. It was the first time I’ve driven her in 8 degree weather with a cold drive to work at 7:00 am. After reading some of the posts here about cold weather noise so I expected something but holy shit. I have a penny stuffed between the passengers airbag and the dashboard of my 2003 Tacoma right now to keep it from pissing me off.The entire back window was getting pushed around in the window frame every time the truck frame flexed. As I am typing this I think I need to be worried about the window seal leaking now. I need some mall-crawler door protection to stand on to clean all the snow off the damn thing. Truck frame flexed try saying that 3 times real fast. Damn what a ride to work and back. 4 miles back and forth with pretty flat roads so I think I was very lucky.

This is why I run my truck through the touchless wash before and after a snow storm.
Before gets all the salt and dirt off so when I brush off the snow, im not brushing sand into my paint.
After because it clears all the remaining snow I didnt get brushed off.
