Water collecting at bottom of door seal after a rain

    Bilstein 5100 & 5125 shocks & struts, OME 881 coil springs
    Just noticed this small rust spot was wet with water after the last rain we had. When I pulled up the door seal it looks like it's a little worse underneath. After closer inspection the passenger side had some water pooling in the same area but luckily no rust on that side. The driver side seal is torn in a few places and I think could definitely be replaced, but not sure if I should do the passenger side as well. Thoughts on replacing both door seals and how to tackle this little bit of rust? IMG_20200120_171116453.jpg
