that's very good info RichVT...kinda sucks though that where I'm at I'm much closer to PA and DE (Central Atlantic) than other states in my region, NY, Connecticut. I might just go into my dealer as one person suggested, tell them what I want and see if they can get it for me for a good price. If not, see ya later, I'm off to another dealer.

Not sure if anyone answered regarding your bumper preference but the Off Road trim usually gets a chrome rear bumper.

SR Utility trim trucks have black bumpers (unpainted black plastic). Other trims have painted, body-color rear bumpers while OR and limited have Chrome. If I’m recalling correctly...

you will likely have to have yours painted, diy plastidip, or buy unpainted OEM parts and swap out the chrome.

    Good Luck finding your truck!

If you choose the right option you can get a painted rear bumper on the Off Road.

I wrote down what I wanted, took it to the dealer. They found 2 exact matches in less than 5 minutes. Both trucks were within 50 miles of the dealer. They did a dealer trade and I had my truck in 5 days.

exactly! thats why I'm looking for the tech package only. You get the color matched bumper without the extra $4k for premium OR package which gives you leather seats, moonroof and the color matched bumper. Don't need/ want all that baloney

Back when I bought my truck those packages were combined into one so you had no choice.

My local dealer found mine in Kansas and trailered it to Co after I put a deposit down. When I went to pick it up, they told me I owed the $1200 transportation fee. I said it was unethical for me to pay for it as it was not written on any of the paperwork I signed for the purchase. They didn't bring it up again.
