That sucks. I know that there's one going around that's hard to kick; a couple of people that I work with have had it in varying strengths for like a week now.

 

More than likely, the teeth for the starter would have to be farmed out more than likely though which we have a shop we use for that

 

I almost didn't get these because I knew if I liked them I wouldn't be able to get them again. My issue with E-Rated isn't price, it's weight. I'll gladly pay more for a long-lasting quiet tire with good traction, but nearly 60 lbs per tire is a lot of weight to rotate--didn't know how badly it would impact performance or mileage.

Yup, 60k. I don't know why they wore so quickly since I don't see others mentioning that in reviews. I rotated them every 6k. They wore evenly, too, and my alignment was barely off when I had the Generals put on, so it isn't like that's the cause.

As far as Mazda goes, my girlfriend has a 2016 CX-5 and I like it quite a bit. It's quieter, more comfortable, and way better looking than a friend's 2018 Forester and she averages 28-30 MPG. It also handles really well and I guess the new ones have stronger engines. The only faults I have with it are the weird knob you have to use to control the stereo if you're moving (I think it's way more distracting than the touchscreen--though it doesn't bother her) and strange option packages. Hers is a Touring model with pretty much every option you can get without jumping to the Grand Touring. It's got a sunroof, Bose sound, rain-sensing wipers, LED headlights, a city-braking feature, keyless start, etc. but doesn't have heated seats or mirrors. It just feels like those options should come before some of the others.

 

Forgot to ask you, did you ever get out on Stumpy last weekend? You ever check the ice?

Nope. Life happened. I'll be out either today or tomorrow. Guys are riding sleds on the pond in the backyard. I'm sure stump field is sitting on good ice now.

Even the channel on turkey pond under 89 is frozen up. By the docks.

 

That year CX-5 is also quite safe. You can put them on two wheels before smacking a telephone pole and walk away. I’m still mad about that one. Luckily I had the add-on rider for new car replacement and ended up making money for my troubles. I still occasionally miss it, I really liked the interior.

That is the plan. Was waiting to hear back from GE but they took the job posting down and from a couple guys I know there they arent sure when GE will be hiring more people. So for now looking for alternative places. Probably get an apartment in a decent area of Manchester or Londonderry
