Could always be worse. Timing was crappy, PPF would have stopped that a week later.

I hear ya! Mine went in for PPF and ceramic coating within 3 hrs of picking it up from the dealer and they still had do to some paint correction from swirls and faint scratches.

Enjoy the ceramic coat! Makes washing it a breeze and actually changes the color a bit.

Ha! I had a New Xterra in Warranty where the QM1 paint was flaking off and just leaving the primer and Nissan did NOTHING. Never will I buy another

Yep, had my 16 and 17 ceramic coated, this is the first truck to spend the coin on PPF, getting partial front, rockers up to door crease line and rear bumper followed up with ceramic pro 9H and light. Stoked to see it. I definately can tell it needs paint corrected after dealer prep. My guy assures me he can touch up the chip and it'll hardly be noticable. Just have to make it to Wed.

Did it worked for yours? Can you send a pic of the bottle for reference?

It’s a truck. They get scratches, dings rock chips, door dings, your going to get swirls in the paint, bird shit on it, asphalt from fresh paving, paint from road striping, tree branches and brush will reach out and leave its marks.
This rock chip is something that maybe you touch up and move on. Are you goi g to lose your mind if your truck is damaged in a parking lot by a run away cart, or a hail storm? Enjoy the truck, it’s there to serve you,

I had a partial Expel PPF applied, including the headlights, within a week after purchasing my truck. Chipped paint from road debris and door dings make my OCD go haywire.
