2017 Black Tacoma TRD Sport

TRD pro grille, 3" Rough Country Lift / Level kit, 275/70/17 BFG Ko2, 17x8.5 00mm XD820 Grenade Gloss Black.

When I start my truck in the morning while it's cold, it has trouble turning over then finally does. Even when it's warm it still has a rough start. Plus it idles at around 550rpm while its warm and just over 1000 while it's cold.

I cleaned the MAF sensor and it did nothing. Any other DIY remedies before I drop some cash into fixing this?

Mine idles around 1100-1200 cold and 5-600 when warmed up. Seems to be normal.
