I had a broken elbow on the windshield washer line which was causing an issue with closing the hood.

I'm speaking of the elbow which attaches to the hood on the passenger side. It's a small black elbow with a locking post.

Went to the local Toyota store and ordered the part. Used their diagram to determine the part number. Next day, the incorrect part arrived. They shipped the white elbow which locks into the fender.

The two are not interchangeable. The holes are different sizes and the elbow is oriented differently.

Dealer ordered the part number corresponding to the other elbow on the diagram, which resulted in the correct one arriving.

The dealers parts diagram is incorrect.

    CORRECT INFO:
    85378-12480 is the hood elbow.
    85377-34010 is the fender elbow.

    These are ~$2 parts.
