Does anyone else have trouble finding a comfortable position with the 2020 power seats?

I've been playing with the seats to find a comfy position and am having a hard time.

Maybe I'm just being sentimental or having some post purchase cognitive dissonance, but the seats in my 2001 seemed more comfortable, but not as supportive.

You should trade it for a non adjustable seat.

At least you're aware of your cognitive bias. I set it on day one and haven't touched it since. I miss the bolsters on my coupé, but the seat feels more and more comfortable by the day as the foam relaxes.

Dunno. I did drive a few used 1st (oops) gen before I bought new 2020. One had Clazzio leather covers that seemed lippery. They other was stock cloth seats and seemed fine for the 4 miles I drove it, but so did my new one when I test drove it. I'm going to play with the height. Right now I have it set all the way low with a slight kick up on the front to support my thighs.

Tacoma's are work trucks with seats, NOT recliners or easy chairs.Maybe buy a Bentley if a person wants more comfort.

That's probably what I'm feeling, stiff foam.

I never thought I would say it, lol.

Toyota decided to add motors to adjust the seats that were originally uncomfortable. Hey at least now you can adjust your seat to a new uncomfortable position with a touch of a button. Lol
