    If folks are genuinely interested I'm happy to make some to mail out. I only have a few unopened mixed berry jars on hand, but could easily make a few fresh batches.

    Options are:
    Mixed berry habanero
    Pineapple mango habanero
    Cherry syrah habanero (although I think I'm out of syrah so it may be a red blend, though that doesn't sound as pretty)

    The heat level is not really in my control since not all peppers are created equal, but I try to stick with a tame "oh that's got a little bite" heat level. Not enough to cause any regret, but enough to know it's a spicy jam.

    I'm also happy to make something in the "fuck that's hot" realm since we've got a lot of dry peppers that can be added at the end.

    so funny ass story. Back when I was in 4th or 5th grade I was helping in an after school club, I had to reach something in a trash can like that and I knocked it over falling inside it. Pretty much like this person did.
