Built some bed bars with 1530 80/20. My dumbass didnt make sure my Yakima Frontloaders would fit the the 1.5" height of the 80/20 extrusion. How are people fitting their roof rack accessories on their bedbars? Many are 1.5" height. Any ideas for my setup?

Sorry, i wasnt very clear. I know how to mount all the other stuff, thats why i used 80/20. Its the typical roof rack stuff that isnt fitting.

I used 1 1/4" round for the bed bars, Frontloader fits great. Hopefully you can modify the mounts or something to get it to work with your setup.

By 1.5" 'height' do you mean 1.5" diameter?? I bought a set of Yakima round bars and drilled through them and through my home made rack and bolted them to it. Easy to attach my Yakima J cradles for the kayaks and gunwale brackets for the canoe or extension ladder. Hope this helps.

Extruded aluminum... it's those square/rectangular bars with slots in them that usually accept M8 or M10 bolts that will slide along the length so you can attach things with nuts as needed.

I have the Motown bed bars (80/20 bars) and love them so far. Go right over the tonneau cover and have a Yakima Rocketbox Pro 12 with a set of Kuat Grip 4. In the summer will use a set of 1 up bike racks with the Rocketbox. Solid setup so far

It seems like most racks use a ubolt type system and only the Frontloader I have has an integrated hook system. Bummer.
