Tacoma - OVTUNE - VFTUNER - Update Info and Original Development

I am. I'm one of the ones who bought a tune and discovered the surprise feature of it slamming my truck to an almost standstill on an on ramp because of a known but undisclosed bug. The same tune I can still download from your program with no warning of said feature to be found.

I then dove into the 3000 page thread to find information about this feature somewhere around page 2500 and said "Well I'm close enough to Christmas 2019, so I wont go through the trouble of trying to return it if a fix is coming soon.

And here we are in the next year with stories of broken femurs, I mean collar bone and fantasy stores about cribs being mistaken for servers.

1. We removed the tunes that cause the issue from our flash manager as soon as we were aware of it.
2. Broken femur, broken collar bone? Making stuff up. Nice.

If people have a problem with the tune - it isn't living up to their expectations, or have a problem with the timing of (free and ongoing) release updates - sell the tune or ask for a refund....

The overwhelming majority of people like the work OVT has done to date and are mature enough to know that any updates are worth the wait...

But can you overclock a server to get more horsetorque? But for real how is your arm doing @OVTune; I remember when my brother broke his arm and had to get plates in there! Hope it wasn’t that bad.

 

My arm is doing much better. The only thing I can't really do is lift it above shoulder level.

Dude, you are new to the OVtune thing. Slow your roll with your demands. Some of us have been here for years and the rude tone towards Mat or OVtune isn’t tolerated very well. Some have even been banned for it.

If your patience is weak and you are refreshing this thread every minute waiting for updates. I suggest you go take a jog or lift something heavy for a bit

It’s a beta. It’s hard to complain when you buy something during the “development “ phase. And no where did he say 2.0 was dropping. Or even hint at it

 

I just downloaded them again. So no you didn't remove the tunes that cause the issue, and you certainly don't warn people who try to use this tune.

And don't expect me to keep track of which bone you're pretending to break, they're your lies not mine.

Ok Nancy looks to me like you didnt bother to read much if any on what are Beta tunes! If you had you would have read of the issue before tuning! You should have contacted Mat with zendesk with your issue and he would of helped you correct your problems! Yes it may take a day or 2 to respond but he will always respond! Zendesk is where you should send any issue you may have instead of posting negative shit on this thread! Mat has been a 1 man army getting this truck to perform for this community and he has run into issue's that are out of his control! He has also recently had a baby so the man has a life he needs to be apart of! You could also reach out to this thread for help with issue's we have some smart owners on here that can be extremely helpful! This shit is just stupid to even post! You need to just tune back to stock and wait for the final 2.0 to release when Mat is good and ready to release it!
